From the site's existing cameras, with every alert and its snapshot sent to the right person.

Machine time and gauges

Running, idle and fault time per press and line from indicator and andon lamps, with shift reports and an alert when a machine stops; hydraulic, steam and chiller gauges read with alarm ranges - no PLC wiring.

Danger zones while machines run

An alert with a snapshot when a person enters the zone of a press, mixing mill or calender while it is running - in addition to, never instead of, machine guards and emergency stops.

PPE for the job

Helmet and vest, with gloves at moulds, eye and ear protection at granulators and masks in compound areas, set per area - confirmed on the plant's own footage during the Proof of Concept.

Fire and smoke early warning

Flames and smoke spotted on camera in raw-material, compound and finished-goods stores - alongside, never instead of, certified fire detectors.

Forklifts, aisles and floors

Alerts when a person comes too close to a moving forklift, when a pallet truck or parked forklift blocks an aisle or fire exit, and when goods, spilled granules or oil are left on a walkway; moulds or dies removed out of hours.

Gate, dock and contract labour

Number-plate register with time on site and overstay alerts for transporters; face-recognition attendance for contract workers.

Steam or smoke plumes

An alert when a visible plume of steam or smoke appears in a drawn area round a valve, vent or pipe. The area must be lit. Commissioned only after a validation on the site's own cameras.
